<p>If you are not already online get online now and open your web browser to your business homepage. Now close your eyes for a minute and pretend that you are a potential local customer. Open them and look at your website from his/her perspective.</p>
<p>• Is your website organized logically?<br />
• Is it easy to find contact info and other important information?<br />
• Does your website look professional?<br />
• Does your site make a convincing argument that you can help the customer solve his/her problem?</p>
<p>The point of this exercise is to try to &#8220;get inside your customer&#8217;s head&#8221;. You should perform this exercise frequently. Your website and your advertisements should be written with the customer in mind.</p>
