There are many services that offer search engine submission, but relatively few that offer submission specifically to local search engines and local search directories. AddLocal will do this, but I recommend submitted yourself.

No one knows your business and cares about how the listing will appear to your customers like you. My comments: This company has been around for a few years now. They definitely save you some time and trouble, especially with submitting to the smaller local search engines and portals. I would still make sure to manually claim your listing for some of the more popular websites.
